Painting from
life means painting subjects as they are transforming right in front of
me. Still life and interiors also present the challenge of constantly changing
light, but the forms themselves are willing to at least appear to hold
still, so I can examine them for long periods of time. I like very much
that interior views and still life objects are always available for free.
